The lower stainless steel cylinder can be disassembled, so that the fan blades and heating pipes inside can be cleaned.
Accurate temperature control
The temperature accuracy of the Sous Vide is ±0.1℃, and It’s easy to control the degree of maturity.
Cooking step
Step1:
Put the food materials and ingredients into a vacuum bag, draw out excess air, and put a proper amount of water into the special water basin or stainless steel pot of the slow cooker.
Step2:
Fix the slow cooker on the container and set the time and temperature. When the water temperature reaches the set temperature, put the vacuumized food into the container.
Step3:
Cooked food can be processed according to personal taste, such as a small amount of oil can be put in the pot, and the cooked food can be slightly fried on both sides for better taste.
